Effective Date: 12/19/2024 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Scribbix software (“Software”) provided by Thrivology LLC d/b/a Scribbix (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Scribbix grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or business purposes as specified in your subscription plan. You agree not to: Share, resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the Software. Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Software. Use the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Violate any third-party intellectual property rights. Use the Software to distribute spam or malicious content. You must pay all applicable subscription fees to access the Software. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies. The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Scribbix and its licensors. You do not acquire ownership rights by using the Software. Disclaimer: The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scribbix disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scribbix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the past three months. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, excluding conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pleasant Grove, Utah. Scribbix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
